ETF Centre – helping you select the best Exchange Traded Funds available today

We think Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) are a great addition to any investment pot thanks to their low ongoing fees, ease of trading, and flexibility. And that’s why we’ve partnered with Selftrade to compile the 100 best-in-class ETFs available in the UK market today.

ETF Centre – see here – is a new website designed to help you understand all about ETFs before comparing and selecting which ones to use.

ITILook – real-time and dynamic bubble chart

etfLook shot 1
A real-time and dynamic version of a bubble chart, ITILook allows the user to navigate through large data sets, visualising the important data points and their place within the larger universe.

ITILook allows data to be sorted and sliced to quickly and easily identify trends and select individual points. Search criteria, both preset and user controlled, highlight matching points to show their place and a favourites system allows users to store and analyse preselected points. Selecting a point displays ITIDetail to show full data relating to the point.

The ITILook tool is applicable to data sets of any size and from any industry. etfLook is a version of ITILook for Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and a prototype version for horse racing is in development.

ITIHound – flexible comparison tool

ITIHound is a comparison tool which allows the user to choose a product, see similar products and then understand the differences including savings to be made.

ITIHound can be used to compare products from any industry. Its initial use is to show the savings that can be made by switching from a mutual fund to a highly matching Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) with the etfHound product.

ITIWheel – navigate hierarchical data

etfWheel shot 1
ITIWheel allows users to navigate data sets in an intuitive way, drilling down and rolling up through hierarchical layers. Ultimately, a single product can be seen in its hierarchical context and selected. A search facility allows the user to go directly to individual data points.

Selecting a point displays ITIDetail to show full data relating to the point.
